How it Works

From the moment your Kindness Keepsake pack arrives to the beggining of your family's new Christmas tradition, here is what to expect

1. Start A New Tradition

Order a Kindness Movement pack and nominate the child you would like to welcome into the movement. We'll send the beautifully presented pack directly to you, ready for when the time feels right.

2. When they are ready

There is no perfect age for this conversation. While we recommend sharing the letter sometime leading into the festive season, we encourage you to trust your own intuition. You know your loved one best, and you will know when the time feels right.

3. Share the letter together

The letter gently explains the truth about Santa and introduces your loved one to the true spirit of Christmas- kindness, generosity and the magic of giving.

Your pack also includes a separate information guide and a copy of the letter for you to read beforehand. We hope this helps you feel prepared and ready to share this experience in a meaningful and heartfelt way.

4. Welcome them into The Kindness Movement

At the end of the letter, your loved one is welcomed as a new member of The Kindness Movement, with their certificate and bespoke Christmas ornament becoming special keepsakes to celebrate the beginning of their new kindness journey.

They are then encouraged to sit with a loved one and plan their first little kindness mission.

5. Make it a Tradition

Each Christmas, hang the ornament on the tree and set aside some quality time together to plan the next kindness mission.

Keep it simple. The most meaningful acts of kindness are often the simplest.

Over time, these small acts can become part of how your child experiences Christmas. Not simply as a time to receive, but as a time to give, share and think of others.

Together, these little moments can grow into a rich and meaningful tradition that stays with them for years to come.

What begins with one letter and one little kindness mission can grow into a meaningful tradition that continues each Christmas.

From little things, big things grow.

We acknowledge the Ramindjeri and Ngarrindjeri people as the traditional custodians of the land and surrounding waters where we love and work. We acknowledge their deep connection to country and pay our respects to Elders past and present.
